We at Terrano-Designs understand that making purchases online involves a great deal of trust, and we take that trust very seriously. We make it our highest priority to protect any personal and confidential information we receive, and of course do not pass on your information to anyone.

We only collect information that you provide to us, and it is only used for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling your request for terrano designs products.

The information we receive is only shared with our authorized fulfillment provider, and only as necessary in order to complete a transaction that you have requested.

By providing you with this Privacy Statement Terrano-Designs is pledging our continued commitment to ct the information you provide us.

Returns

It is easy to return an item for exchange or full refund. You must notify us by e-mail to customercare@terrano-designs.com within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise that you are unhappy with the goods. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Terrano-Designs.

We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.

The merchandise must he received by us within 30 days of receipt of delivery. If we receive the merchandise after this period we may charge a restocking and admin fee.

Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the reason for returning the merchandise is a mistake on our part.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same farm of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return was of our error.
